Called Philadelphia Foster Children I buy things for needy teens and donate my funds I make on posh to the foster kids! It’s my way of giving back to the world 🌎. It’s usually hormonal and hormones are driven by body changes in us. Go for a clean diet. All natural fruits veggies zero wheat , sugar . Dairy and meat . Just chicken and fish turkey Do zero meds. Take evening primrose tablet gels. Drink 8 full glasses of water daily or more. Green tea

Yes, I am strong , because I promised Ashley I would be. That’s why I continue to go on each and every day. Kindness is important to me , so I try to make a difference each & everyday.
