cheyannefyre1 @mountainwo1ffe If I had any extra info on the laptop, I would have listed it in the description :) It was just a hand me down that I never had use for so I had it cleaned up and reset. It works great other than the battery issue, that is all the information I have, I’m sorry I’m not a very technology savvy person

mopar_guy @cheyannefyre1 remove the battery. normally on the right side you will see the model and product numbers. post those, then we can look up the laptop using those to get the specs on it

mopar_guy @cheyannefyre1 the long strip sticker on the under side of the laptop, thats where all the info on the laptop is, model, product. serial, all numbers are there. please write/type them down so I can look up the specs on the model. thanks
