Fits more like a 4. 15" across waist (flat). Fully lined and sufficiently opaque to not require a slip. Still looks new except one tiny pull/snag from a belt shown in the fourth picture. No belt. It buttons all the way down and has tuxedo pleats along the bodice with black grosgrain ribbon accents. Hanging, measures about 37" from shoulder to bottom hem. Only slightly a-line. Looks more like a shift. Waist seam hits at natural waist. Skirt length from seam is 23". Waist measures 15" flat across.
