@tarah_m hi, not sure exactly what your referring to, but yes you wear it on your shoulder.it doesn’t hang real low. I hope this answers your question.

@healths4u sometimes bags handles are too short so you’re unable to wear them comfortably on the shoulder and have to hold them at the elbow.
