@fashionmom15 hey Elle. From the top of the dress to the bottom is 28 inches, but that is without the straps. The straps are actually adjustable via tying them loser or tighter in the back. I'm 5'1" with a large chest that lifts the dress up in the front, and it still came to my knees.
