@diannehoward855 bust measurement is about 16.5” flat, so about 33” around. I wear 34C bra as well and it fits me on the chest, but hard to use bra size to gauge.

@diannehoward855 it should work on a size zero, I was a solid zero and it used to fit me. Now I’m a 2-4 so a bit small. Should be fine if the measurements look good to you!
