bstewart0430 I purchased a coverup from you on the 12th. It is niw the 16th and it still says "in process" ehich means it has not been shipoed. That's not good!! Please just CANCEL MY ORDER AND REFUND MY MONEY. This is not the way to build your Business.😕😕😕😕

laura_lou27 @bstewart0430 It is telling me I cannot cancel the order and refund because the package is already with the postal service and in transit. The only thing I can guess is that the package is in route with no tracking on it. And it is on its way to you.

laura_lou27 @bstewart0430 I have never had this happen before either. Let's wait and see what happens in the next few business days. If the money deposits on my end and the package never shows I will either try and refund it through the app, or I will personally send you a check.

bstewart0430 @laura_lou27 I'm not worried about the money, I had a Party to go to this weekend and was going to wear the vest. I found one similar at Macy's, but didn't buy it because I thought I would have that one, for sure, by today. When I went back, it was gone. I shouldn't have come across so harsh. Just disappointed. The money won't be deposited until I accept the package, so I'll just wait. Maybe it will come Tueaday??

laura_lou27 @bstewart0430 The disappointment I can completely understand. Let's wait and see if it comes by Monday or Tuesday. If it doesn't I will take the next step in finding the package and we can reverse the transaction. Hopefully it doesn't come to that. It is very odd that it shows it shipped but isn't tracking the status. I am sorry again for the inconvenience.
