Best fits Size Medium & possibly Large. This is a Size US 8 & fits slightly loose on me. I am normally a Size Small/Size 2-4. The shoulder band and waist band have elastic & stay on quite securely. Primark runs small in my opinion, so this romper may fit someone who is normally a Size 4-6. Material: 100% Viscose.
