Authentic Gucci Ophidia belt bag. Gucci calls this color white, but the leather is really off-white, almost ivory, the stripe trim is red and blue. Gold tone zipper closure and interior card holders. The bag measures 7” long, 4” high and one inch deep, just big enough for an IPhone, reading glasses, credit cards/ID and lipstick. The detachable 42” belt and neutral color makes this a versatile piece to add to your closet. I bought this belt bag for a trip to Europe just months before the Covid lockdown. I loved having my hands free and the security of keeping my valuables attached to my waist. I used the belt bag a few times on the trip and I have not used it since. The belt bag is in perfect condition, no damage or stains. It comes in its original box with the dust bag.

babalumagoo @jnwulf I didn’t even know the belt was stamped. It the only Gucci bag I ever bought. I have a lot of shoes, but just this one bag.

jnwulf @babalumagoo yep, GG belts have a stamp with the serial number and the length and width of the belt. I just looked at mine and it is 90 in length - Your belt is 95. I am going to think on it for now. I really love it however I am concerned that it will get dirty the first time I carry it 😂

babalumagoo @jnwulf It stays pretty clean because you don’t set it down on random surfaces. I just found the original order from Bergdorf Goodman, August 21, 2019. With tax it came to $845.30. I only used it on my trip that September, and it stayed clean. Then we had the Covid lockdown. So it has lived in its box ever since.

jnwulf @babalumagoo that is a good point! The only thing I would need to be mindful of wearing dark denim or anything that could cause color transfer.

babalumagoo @bwawrzyn Unfortunately I think that this bag may go to their authentication facility in California first, then to you because it is luxury and $500 or more. It could take up to two weeks to get to you. I will Check and get back to you. Otherwise, getting it by the 7th is not a problem, expedited shipping takes up to 3 days.

babalumagoo @smyle1 I just tried this bag as a crossbody and it absolutely won’t work. The belt at it largest only allows the bag to come to the chest. It doesn’t work as a crossbody. The belt can be used separately without the bag.
