owlsandellies @carrinweeks sorry for the delay. The waist is small, 14”, no stretch. This is why it doesn’t fit me.😔I bought it to wear at a wedding but the size is shrinking. OK, not really. I’m increasing a bit and cannot fit this. Hope you or someone else can!
