HW Collections Elegant Bolero Black Vintage 1980s Velvet Jacket Size 12 Vintage 1980s elegant bolero black velvet jacket with gold piping and rhinestones. Shoulder pads still connected. No label for fabric but my guess is possibly acetate velvet lining. Very good vintage condition. Made in the USA. Tag is vintage size 12. Please see measurements below.
