Beautiful multicolored blouse with faux tie around neck. It's silky material. No size found. Pit to pit 21". Shoulder to hem is 23" long. Feels like a medium. Covered buttons around neck and one on each sleeve. Good condition. I tried it on and wear a L but too small for me. Guessing it's a med.
