sxa2323 Totally cute but... girl you said it had "some stretch" not even a little! it's looked ridiculous lol..that thing is not a 29 it's like a 26 and I never even got the discount :( paid like 70$! I sent ua msg but I never heard bck u? Now it's just laying around... maybe if you want to trade for another bc I'm buying a patch one (really cute!! Was so bummed it didn't fit like not even close but if you get some other skirts that are not citizen i "miss me " jst example ;-) 29 will fit..
