Habitual jeans - LIKE new

EUC. habitual jeans! Snag em now for a great deal!!! Inseam 34.5 VERY gorgeous and universally flattering brown color! These are just amazing jeans and I would say they are new but cannot confirm, I purchased from another Posher and I so wanted these to fit, sadly they do not. I see absolutely NO wear on these inside the tags look new everything about these look brand new. Waist measurement flat - 16", inseam 34.5". Leg opening at the bottom 9". 79% cotton, 19% polyester. Questions welcome.
