Hackwith Design House Countess Dress

Gathered long-sleeve, midi-length dress with a scoop neck and tie details at the wrists. XS/S but fits oversized and could fit Medium very well as well. Only worn once, but I honestly have too many flowy black dresses, so and I haven’t reached for it.
