Hackwith Design Tiered Lapel Dress (Sustain)

Reposhing this item I purchased from @al9898. Loved it, but the sizing is way off. Perhaps it’s supposed to be a loose fit, but it still feels like more of a M/L than an XS/S.. Wish it would have worked. I’m listing it as more of a medium. Questions? Leave a comment below!
