Hae Feng navy blue Kimono-inspired flare mini dress with checker pattern

This dress is a size large (but it fits much more like a small) navy blue dress with red, white, and blue checkered print accents on the lower 1/3 of the dress (layered) and the sleeve cuffs on both arms. The style is reminiscent of the design of a kimono, given the waist belt/tie and flare design. The length of the sleeves are about baseball shirt-length. The material is fairly thick, and secures in the back with a zipper. The dress comes with a thin red faux-leather belt that can be worn with the dress or not (there is a seam at the waist either way that pulls it in). The belt has long strings on both ends, so if worn is best if wrapped around the back and tied either in the front or to the side. This dress fits me, and for reference I am 5'3" and 130 lbs.
