Hail3y:23 Black and Tank Polka Dot Blouse Medium

Super cute polka dot top with sheer sleeves and a lining underneath the main section. Polka dots are a tan color. I see a few spots where there is some pull away at the seams (see photo, and also one underneath an armpit). Can easily be fixed by someone with some basic sewing skills (alas, that is not me). Priced with it's need for small repair in mind. No size tag, but measures 19.5 pit to pit, and I think it is meant to be a bit loose, so I think it will best fit a medium.
