Obsessed with this cutie! Perfect for doing all the twirls and making you feel like a kid again! This dress is well made and has a lining! The print is fabulous and the fabric feels good on. The measurements on this garment was a tad tricky because of how it lays on flat lay. It's roomier at the top and has the roomier sleeve, almost like a dolman cut. The bust unstretched on flat lay measures 18.5 inches. The pit to pit is approximately 23 inches on flat lay, but again, a tougher measurement because of the more open room in the arms. The material is 100% rayon. The bust is very stretchy. It is in excellent used condition and no flaws are noted. Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
