Hal Rubenstein black & white peplum sweater XS

Tag has been removed but please see measurements. Sweater is an XS and in the picture it looks tiny but I wear a small top and it fits perfectly. It’s fitted but not tight and when you put it on it does stretch. Although it doesn’t look tight. Again..see measurements. Worn once. Bust 18” across front unstretched Length too to bottom is 22”
