Haldon Group Japan Pate Crock, Vintage Pot, Rooster Decor, Upcycled Planter

This is a vintage ceramic crock by The Haldon Group in Japan. It is marked 1991 Haldon Group on the base. It has a lovely design of two black roosters with the word "Pate", and green handles. This would have been intended to hold pate, and it would have been sold originally with a lid and a plate to set the crock on. This listing is just for the crock alone, without a lid or plate. It could be used as rooster decor in the kitchen, to hold utensils, or as a condiment / jam / sugar server, filled with candies, or use as an upcycled vase or planter. Size: almost 4" tall and 4.5" wide including the handles. The interior diameter is just over 3". In excellent condition with no chips or cracks or visible paint wear.
