Half sleeve mini dress with ruffle trim

This dress is one of a kind - I know because I added the ruffle trim myself by hand to a vintage mini! The main part of the dress is a coffee brown and white fabric; not sure of material but it has a really fine crinkly texture and is quite lightweight and stretchy, for example the waist is 13” across unstretched but 16” stretched. I love having the ruffles for length and *flowiness* but they are craft trim, with some of the holes not fully punched out. I don’t feel like they are something that anyone else usually sees up close, but it’s not a fancy trim. Price reflects. No stains or defects, nonsmoking and pet free household, offers welcome!
