Near to new, and not actually a costume; it’s an authentic Handmade Kurta top in a size 28, which is equivalent to about a girls US 8-10. Made in India, and quite impressive. This top is virtually new. Embroidered with an array of colored beads and sequins…it is really quite stunning. No flaws to note. It has built in waist ties at each side of the kurta. Very silky and smooth, and it also has a built in slip so that the chifon does not reveal anything it shouldn’t. Offers are welcome👍
