Halloween Petite Red Vinyl High Waisted Flare Pants

Bright red vinyl high wasted flare pants. Originally from Boohoo size 2 petite. The shorter inseam fits the leg length better for those 5'3 and under. Please note that the material is not that stretchy. For reference, my waist is a 26 and I am 5’0. It’s a little tight around my waist and the pants are still a tad too long, but fit great with heels.
