Halloween Rumbera Dancer Girls Costume One Of A Kind Pageant Costume SZ Small

This costume was hand made for my daughter, she won a very significant costume party in the prestigious Coral Gables, FL. This will also make for a wonderful pageant costume. It is a size small the skirt length is 21 1/2 inches waist is adjustable but when tied properly it is about 9 inches side to side and the top is 10 inches shoulder to shoulder. The bottom shorts are elastic around waist and thigh. She was about 5 when she wore it she is now 25. It would be nice for another little girl to enjoy it and perhaps win another costume contest.
