Halloween Skirt Princess High Low

Here is a great full skirt. Great for this Halloween or everyday dress up. Your little girl can be a Princess anytime she wants to. Great for a Trip to Disneyland. Made from a good acetate material. Cold water wash. A high low skirt. 3 tiers. Blue, Pink and Purple. High 10 inches long Low 15 inches long. Waist laying flat 8 inches, stretched out to 16 inches. Has slight pulls on the hem stitching does not affect the skirt in anyway, still a great deal! See pics.
