Halloween Tree Skirt 40” Black & Grey Goth Style New. For those of you who dare to put up a Halloween Tree, here is the perfect compliment-a Reversible Halloween Tree Skirt in a Dresden Plate quilting pattern. This skirt is fashioned from some vintage cotton and some newer Halloween fabric. The back is a black abstract cotton fabric. There are Halloween ribbon ties. There is black pom pom trim around the outer edge and black bat trim on inner edge. The white eye fabric is glow in the dark . This beauty measures 40” in diameter and 18”from inner to outer edge. This is OOAK designed by myself and sold under my store NJ Dry Goods. These skirts are my originals.
