Halloween/Graduation/Ceremony Gown 1974/Halloween

Vintage graduation / ceremony gown from 1974. It’s in perfect condition, no stains or tears. There are 2 little bends in the cap, see photos. It’s been packed away since 1974. Pulled out from armpit to armpit is 24”. Could be used for costume-Halloween.
