Halls Kansas City black patent leather loafers silver accent fringe tassels 6.5

Italian patent leather with tassels, EUC, hardly worn. 37 1/2 EU sizing, but runs small. I am a 7.5 and these feel more like a 6.5. These are a classic style and would look great with jeans or trousers. Gorgeous and comfortable!
