Halogen Black & White Knit Dress Size XS

This is a fabulous dress by halogen. A great wardrobe staple. Perfect for summer, but can be worn in fall in winter with some leggings. Excellent condition Ruffled belle sleeves. Really great looking 3/4 sleeve, boat neckline, striped print, black, above the knee length. Knit—stretchy. Could fit a small or a medium, depending on your measurements. A great quality fabric. 89% polyester, 7% rayon, 4% spandex.
