Brand new with tags, never worn. Genuine leather skirt by Halogen and purchased from Nordstrom. BUTTERY soft with great detailing. 13.5” waist laying flat and approx. 22” long. Hidden zipper in back. Size is 0, but fits maybe more like a 2??? Check measurements! No flaws, just a little indention from hanger on waist that should go away and is not visible during wear. Retailed for $248.
