Halogen Silky Black and White floral Sleeveless cowl-neck blouse XL

A beautiful blouse that I used for many different occasions. It can look professional under a blazer or dressy with pretty skirt. When I bought it I wanted it to be blousy and billowy when I tucked it in so I sized it up, but now it's too big for me making the armholes a bit too revealing. It's machine washable and has a bit of a shirt-tail hem. There's an exposed black zipper in the back and the cowl-neck dips just below the collar bone. Bust flat measurement across is 22" Back of neck to hem length 27" great for tucking in or loose and casual Great for holiday parties, job interviews or date nights.
