Halogen Tweed Polka Dot Skirt

For work or play! This tweed skirt with velvet polka dots is just fun enough. Slim through the hips, below knee. I’d wear with loafers and a leather jacket for juxtaposition. But also would look great with heels! Has two flawed polka dots listed in photos.
