Halogen fit and flare pleated dress with waist tie, size 10

This dress is polyester, but the crepe kind, so it floats beautifully and breathes rather than feeling like plastic. It is fully lined with an adjustable waist tie that threads through little string loops. There is a zipper on the left side of the dress. It is a lovely peacock color that is hard to capture (see close up). You can dress it down with a cardigan or dress it up for a party or even a casual wedding.
