Halston Heritage $700 dress worn1x 0 sz Bergdorf Goodman xs 2 blue Prom Wedding

I must have gotten 80 compliments on this dress. It was unreal how many people liked it. The fabric is unbelievably gorgeous. It looks like an $800 dress. This is not a flimsy dress- very high end mid heavy material not too heavy but it’s perfect for winter or spring. It would be too hot for summer. 15.50 across inches the bust. Looks like zimmerman fabric or proenza. Has a temporary hem so the temp stitches can be taken out 5’5 to expose original hem!
