Halston Heritage Strapless Flare Dress *RARE*

I can’t even believe I found a Halston Heritage dress, but this one in particular is a BEAUTY. It is chiffon in a vibrant teal color, with a strapless shawl that can be worn over the shoulder or off shoulder as a “train”. Very “Girl in the Green Scarf” 😉.
