Halter Black Velvet Dress

Near new condition. Velvet and satin like interlocking design. Light padding on the chest. Size says 7 as seen on the tag, but it can’t mean that as in size between 6 and 8, but it doesn’t say junior. If I had to give my best guess I would say this is an adult small, which is why I put that as the size.
