Halter Cutout Dress, Lace Back

Originally purchased from Francesca’s and worn once to a friend’s summer wedding. Unfortunately, I am not able to fill out the top. For reference, I am a 34B, 5’8”, usual dress size is 6-8. The middle is cutout with NO mesh. No stretch and it sits across the ribs. It has a beautiful open back with lace detail. Bottom part of the dress is very flowy. Rusty red/orange color.
