Quilted, vest like, lined underneath and the top is covered sparkly gold shiny polka dots with 3 sparkly diamond like buttons down front and in the back, it's open cutout halter back with a zipper that zips down to the end of peplum, and the bottom half is like a chiffon skirt with sateen slip under neath! WOW it's gorgeous!
