Halter Dress with Earth-tone Floral Print

This mid-thigh length dress has padding so there's no need for a bra! It's size Large but gathers around the midsection, ties over the neck, and has a layered, flowing bottom making it also doable for someone wearing size Medium. I've worn it with heels to a rooftop NYC party and have also worn it to a barbecue with sandals and was very comfortable at both occasions.
