Please see measurements. Vintage dresses can fit smaller than current day sizing.  Black gown with white piping that ties the halter neck in the back. Open back. Benson and Smith made formal clothing often sold at bridal stores. This is old stock from the early 2000s, Y2k. Fit intel: This is a form fitted dress at the bodice. It's a little snug at the chest on my size 6 - 8 dress form. Her chest is 37.5. It will work best with 37" chest or less. The skirt is aline. Dry clean only.
