Soft fabric, very light weight and breathable, has a lining. Halter tie neck, backless, comes with an adjustable belt. Elastic waist is super flattering. About ankles length, I’m 5’4”(see pictures). Has a ruffle hem, shorter in the front and longer in the back. Bought from Amazon but no longer available.
