Halter Neck Romper

Cute little crepe-y romper. Tie neck halter style and the back zips up from the short to mid back leaving it open back. Really pretty shade of red makes this a cool little thing to pop on before an outdoor cocktail party or brunch on a scorcher. Never worn. 2x.
