Halter Ruffle Dress with Keyhole Cutout

Beautiful, lightweight, and feminine. I loved it, so I bought it in my correct size and selling this one which was a size too small for me. Chest is 30" Waist 27" (Great for 24"-26". If you're above 27" natural waist, don't buy this) Length 22" New with tags and bag. I bought the wrong size. So pretty in person, but their size chart for a size S fits like a size 2-4 or XS.
