Halter Skater Minidress with sparkle

Black brocade cocktail or party mini dress. Halter is elastic at back. V neckline embellished with black beaded appliqué. Skirt lining has crinoline for sexy hourglass look. A section of the crinoline ( about 4” long) has torn cleanly away from the rest of the underlining. Should be relatively easy to repair. Can be worn without fixing too. Measured flat: Bust 17.5” Waist 14.5” Neck to skirt hem: 28” Good condition except as described above.
