Halter Sundress

Good condition summer dress with modesty bra padding, back zip closure, and both neck & waist ties as well as elastics top seam in back for secure fit. Empire waistband makes for a relaxed comfortable fit on those warm summer days. Empire Waist: 14-16"(elastic stretch of fabric creates range) Top to bottom of back (note does not start at shoulder): 24" No fabric tag present, though my best guess is some kind of cotton/lycra blend due to the summertime feel with the comfort stretch providing ease of movement.
