Halter Top by Speechless

This is a really cute top! It's exactly what you want to feel against your skin when the sun goes down but the temps didn't go with it! It has a nice, cool, silky feel to it. This halter ties behind the neck, and has a deeply plunging v-neckline, so it's definitely not for the timid! It features a built in underwire bra with slight padding, and draped fabric underneath the bust line to give you more definition. The upper back portion of this halter top has a generously sized 1" wide elastic sewn in to help ensure a perfect fit with no stretching out.
