Halter dress

Studio 1940 formal black and white A-line halter dress. Size 14. Purchased from consignment shop and worn once after. Halter ties at the back of the neck. Fabric has stretch, see tag for material, measurements, and care. Length is measured from the bottom of the V neckline. All rhinestones on waist detail are intact. Zipper closure.
