Halter dress - a-line, empire waist

This a silky multi-color halter dress (tie back at neck) with a swing skirt, junior size 7. Dress form is 35"B, 25 3/4"W - dress bust is up to 37" and up to 27.5" in waist, with free hips. 30" from under bust to hem. Super flattering; nips the waist, accentuates bust, swings beautifully. Falls at knee/just above depending upon height (I'm 5'3", falls at knee). Zip back. Purchased at Macys mid Y2K.
