Halter dress with a 70s vibe. No label but beautifully made.

I bought this for a Hawaiian look and didn’t disappoint. It looks to well made but hasn’t a tag. 19” across underarms Empire waist is 15” across Length is 52” Nylon material with 2 cloth buttons on the strap in back of neck.
